摘要
智能用电是中国坚强智能电网的重要组成部分,其建设的好坏直接关系到电网的能源使用效率、经济运行和有序用电。基于对智能用电技术国内外研究现状的分析,本文探讨了我国用电服务技术存在的问题和差距。结合我国智能电网的发展计划,从用电业务体系、量测控制技术、信息通信技术、客户服务体系、需求侧管理、检验检测技术6个领域对智能用电的关键技术进行了深入分析,并展望了我国智能用电技术的未来发展趋势。
mart power utilization is the important parts of strong smart grid in China and its construction relates to the energy efficiency,economic operation and orderly use of electricity.Based on the development of domestic and foreign researches,the paper discusses the existing problems and differences on smart power utilization.Combining with the development plan on smart grid in our country,the key technical issues such as business system,measurement control,information communication,customer service,demand management and test techniques are deeply analyzed.In addition,we give the future trends of smart power utilization in China.
