摘要
本文就AGC功能在大唐鲁北发电厂330MW机组上的运用展开分析讨论,通过试验检验该机组负荷响应能力,保证机组在AGC功能试验过程中的最小变负荷速率、负荷响应的统计偏差和最大偏差满足要求。同时检验了该机组协调控制系统(CCS)的调节品质,保证机组在AGC功能试验过程中的主蒸汽压力、分离器出口过热度、主蒸汽温度、再热汽温度的统计偏差和最大偏差不超标。
This paper discusses and analyzes AGC function applying in 330MW unit of Datang Lubei power plant, it examines the unit’s load response capability through this test, meanwhile, it makes the minimum changing load rate , the statistical deviation and maximum deviation of load response meet the requirements in the process of AGC function test. At the same time, the test examines the regulating quality of the unit’s coordinated control system (CCS), it does not make the statistical deviation and maximum deviation of the main steam pressure, the outlet superheat temperature of separator, the main steam temperature and reheat steam temperature exceed.
