摘要
本文设计了一种带冗余电源的低压电机再起动控制系统,给出"晃电"测量原理和再起动控制系统的硬件电路。采用电压变换器和开关电源对电网电压进行检测。控制器采用PIC876A单片机。实验数据和现场使用表明,该控制器能很好的检测"晃电"现象,并对"晃电"次数进行累加,"晃电"过后实现低压电机延时再起动,解决用电设备起动电流对电网的冲击。
In this paper, a control system for detecting voltage fluctuation and restarting lower voltage motors with redundant electric sources is presented. The main principle of the voltage fluctuation and the hardware circuit are both given in detail. PIC876A MCU is used as the controller, and the sampling voltages are obtained from voltage adaptor. Experimental results show that the system can detect voltage fluctuation in power and restart the motors which are stopped by voltage fluctuation. Some delay for restarting motors can be set up to reduce the current impact on the electric system.
