摘要 本文研究了单相桥式正弦波逆变电源产生直流偏磁的原因,对输出变压器产生偏磁的各种情况进行了深入分析,充分地考虑了控制电路,主电路开关管特性不一致,驱动电路,调理电路以及负载扰动对变压器的影响。针对基于DSP的全数字化三闭环控制逆变电源直流偏磁进行研究,并加入了数字高通滤波器进行抗直流偏磁控制。该偏磁控制方法的有效性已经在单相2kVA400Hz逆变电源实验样机上得到证实。实验结果表明,该方案可以很好地对直流偏磁进行抑制,具有很好的实用性。 In this article,the factors of DC magnetic-bias in full-bridge sine wave inverter power supply are studied,and deeply analyzed the various situations of magnetic-bias in transformer. Fully considered the control circuit,differences of IGBT,driver circuit,modulate circuit and the effect of loads disturb to transformer. Also studied the DC magnetic-bias of digital power inverter under three-loop feedback control which based on DSP,and adding a digital high-pass filter to control the DC magnetic-bias. The effectiveness of the anti-magnetic-bias control has been confirmed in the single-phase 2kVA 400Hz power inverter. Experimental results showed this method is simple and effective and the magnetic bias in the transformer could be well restricted.
