摘要
目前,大多数电气配电所的中央预告和事故信号仍然使用继电接触控制系统,其缺点是接线多且复杂,体积大,动作速度慢,修理困难,容易发生误动作。针对于这种情况,笔者采用西门子S7-200PLC设计了控制变电站中央事故和预告信号系统,包括事故音响信号、预告信号、灯光信号等的I/O分配表及中央事故和预告信号系统梯形图控制程序。经过模拟运行,完全能够实现对系统控制的要求。
At present the central signal system of the majority of our substations and distributions is still using the traditional relay contactor control system, whose disadvantages are multiple and complex wiring, bulky, slow movements, difficult to repair, prone to malfunction. For this situation, this paper uses the PLC of Siemens S7-200 and designs the central signaling system to control the substation, which includes the I/O allocation tables of the incident sound signals, warning signals, light signals and the ladder diagram control programs of the central signal system. Through the simulation, it is able to fulfill the requirements of the system control.
