光杆抖动检测方法研究

摘要 在抽油机运行过程中,油管和抽油杆在自身重力及提升力作用下,不断发生弹性形变,造成抽油杆偏磨。光杆的抖动是研究偏磨的主要观察点,因此检测光杆抖动就显得非常重要。本文研制了一个基于加速度传感器的光杆抖动检测系统。并对光杆横向加速度进行了直接检测,得到光杆抖动信息。光杆横向抖动信号非常复杂。如何根据光杆横向抖动信号分析判断抽油杆的偏磨程度,还需做大量的研究和实验。本文的工作只是对抽油杆偏磨的检测做了一些前期的探索。这个探索对研究抽油杆偏磨提供了有力的分析依据。 In the operating process of the oil pump,tubing and sucker rod elastic deformation would cause bias abrasive wear on the rod due to its own gravity and the lifting force. Observing the polished rod jitter is the key point on the study of rod bias abrasive wear,so the detection of the rod jitter is very important. This paper has developed a polished rod jitter detection system based on acceleration sensor. It detects the lateral acceleration of the polished rod to get the jitter information. The polished rod lateral jitter signals are very complicated. There are a lot of research and experiments to do to analysis the degree of the bias abrasive wear by the signals and this paper has just done some preliminary exploration on the study of polished rod bias abrasive wear. It would give basic information on the study.
