摘要
本文介绍了以2SD315AI为核心的驱动电路的设计及调试方法以及栅极电阻的选择及过流保护阈值的调整方法。一台功率为100kW的逆变电路的设计、调试结果表明上述方法有效、正确、简单可行。
The design and method of 2SD315AI type Driver for IGBT are described. The calculation of grid resistance is presented. The method on regulating threshold value of overcurrent protection is analyzed. The design and debugging results of a 100kW power inverter circuit demonstrate that the method is effective,accurate,simple and workable.
