摘要
本文介绍了利用计算流体软件(CDF)Fluent计算大功率水冷散热器热阻和热抗的方法。通过对三维非定常流场和热场的求解,计算出不同流量下水冷散热器的热阻值和热抗值,为大功率变频器稳态和动态过程的温度计算提供了依据。
This paper introduces a new method to compute the heat resistance and heat impedance of the water-cooled heatsink using a CDF soft-Fluent. By solving a three dimension,unstable N-S equation,the heat resistance and heat impedance are computed under different water flux,which provide a design criteria for stable and dynamic temperature estimation of the high power inverters.
