摘要
经过多年的探索和实践,利用关键业绩指标法的原理,设计形成了一套较为科学合理的职能部门干部考核体系。将执行力、职责履行、学习与创新、职工满意度和内务管理作为考核内容,包括了19个子指标。通过客观、规范地考核,将考核结果与干部的选拔、任用、奖惩挂钩,营造了良性竞争环境,建设了一支朝气蓬勃、奋发有为的干部队伍,提高了干部队伍的管理能力、管理水平、工作效率。
Having explored and practiced for several years,a set of scientific and rational cadre evaluation system about management departments has been designed and formed in our hospital using the principles of key performance indicator.Executive ability,fulfilling responsibilities,learning and innovation,staff satisfaction and department housekeeping are the examination contents,which includes 19 sub-indicators.By using an objective,standardized assessment,evaluation results are linked to the cadre selection,the appointment and incentive measures,a healthy competitive environment has been created,and an energetic and promising cadres has been constructed and their management capacity,management level and work efficiency has been improved.
