摘要 做好癌症患者的转移、复发的监测与防范工作已成为癌症治疗与康复上的关键所在。通过对国内癌症患者接受首次治疗后现况的分析,结合循证医学的理念和医院实践,指出开展实施的具体方法,提出了癌症患者接受首次治疗后循证管理模式的构想。 The transfer and monitoring and prevention of recurrence for cancer patients is the key point to the treatment and rehabilitation.This paper pointed out the methods and the conception of the evidence management model of cancer patients after first treatment by analyzing the existing circumstance of cancer patients after first treatment combined ideal of EBM and the experience of our hospital.
