上海市崇明县长兴岛400名外来务工人员艾滋病监测分析

Monitoring Analysis on AIDS of 400 Migrant Workers on Changxing Istand of Chongming County in Shanghai

目的了解和掌握长兴岛外来务工人员的艾滋病相关监测数据。方法对400名外来务工人员进行问卷调查与血清学监测。结果受访者的艾滋病知识知晓水平与文化程度相关,安全套使用率达到42.3%,无1例HIV阳性者。结论应针对外来务工人员的特点,制定策略展开干预,开发通俗易懂的宣传品,提升该群体对艾滋病相关知识的掌握水平。

Objectives To understand and master AIDS-related monitoring data of migrant workers on Changxing Island.Methods 400 migrant workers were investigated by questionnaire and serological monitoring.Results The awareness of respondents related to the education level,condom-using reached 42.3%,there were no HIV-positive cases.Conclusions According to the characteristics of migrant workers develop strategies,it's necessary to expand the intervention,develop user-friendly publicity materials to enhance the group of AIDS-related knowledge mastery level.
