广东省老龄化对社区卫生服务发展影响的SWOT分析

The SWOT Analysis on the Impact of Aging to Community Health Service Development in Guangdong Province

目的探讨广东人口老龄化趋势对社区卫生服务发展模式的影响,并提出对策建议。方法利用广东省2005~2007年老龄人口数据,分析广东省人口老龄化状况与趋势,通过SWOT分析法探讨人口老龄化对城市社区卫生服务机构发展的影响。结果广东省已进入人口老龄化社会,广东省老年人口基数大,且地区间差异性大,空间分布不平衡,且将长期处于老龄社会。结论改变传统单一的养老模式,大力发展基于社区卫生服务中心为平台的社区养老机构迫在眉睫。

Objectives To study the impact of aging to community health service in Guangdong province.Methods To analyze the effect on community health service of population by using the data of Guangdong province in 2005~2007.Results Since Guangdong province has become the aging society,and there exist the unbalance among different regions.Conclusions It is urgent to change the traditional single model for aged care and develop community health service based organization for the aged.
