应用主成分分析法对省级妇幼保健机构信息工作现状的综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of the Information Work Situation of the Provincial Maternal and Child Health Care Institution with Principal Component Analysis

目的运用主成分分析法对我国12所省级妇幼保健机构信息工作现状进行综合评价,找出影响省级妇幼保健机构信息化工作开展的因素。方法统一编制调查表,调查12家省级妇幼保健机构,运用SAS 8.2对数据进行处理,用主成分分析进行综合评价。结果与信息化建设密切相关的因素是妇幼保健机构信息工作人力资源,如信息工作人员的高级职称比例、硕士以上学历比例,其次是信息化建设的投入;东部地区妇幼保健机构信息化建设现状要好于中部地区,西部地区最差。结论加大妇幼保健机构信息工作人员的配备,提高信息工作人员的素质,以及增加信息化建设的投入,制定相应的各项标准和规范,有利于省级妇幼保健机构信息化建设的发展。相关行政部门要着力注重中、西部地区省级妇幼保健机构信息化建设,缩小地区间的差异。

Objective To evaluate the information work situation of 12 provincial maternal and child health care institutions of China with the method of principal component analysis (PCA),tofind out the influencing factors of the informatization work of provincial maternal and child health care institutions.Methods 12 provincial maternal and child health care institutions of China were investigated with the questionnaire that uniting established,the data were analyzed with SAS 8.2 and PCA was used to evaluate the information work situation comprehensively.Results PCA revealed that human resources such as the proportion of staff with senior title,master's degree,the investment in the construction of informatization were closely related to the construction of informatization firstly.Then,the factor is the input of the construction of informatization of maternal and child health care institutions;the situation of the eastern part was better than that of central and the western was the worst.Conclusions It should increase the number of staff improve the quality of workers,escalate the investment and develop the appropriate standards and norms that propitious to the construction of informatization of maternal and child health care institution.The relevant administrative departments should focus on the central and western regions to reduce regional differences.
