摘要
针对目前痛风病因和发病机制仍未完全明了及痛风发病率逐年升高、复发率居高不下的现状,运用社会医学防治慢性病的思想和方法,从"生物遗传因素"、"行为与生活方式因素"、"环境因素"和"医疗卫生服务"4方面对痛风病因进行了探讨。结果表明,痛风的发生发展有广泛的社会因素参与。
Aiming at the current situation that gout etiology and pathogenesis were not clear at present, gout incidence went up year by year and the recurrence rate remained high, this paper explored gout etiology from the perspective of social medicine, namely 'biological heritage factors', 'behavior and life style factors', 'environmental factors' and 'medical and health services'. It was showed that gout occurrence and development involved wide social factors.
