摘要
当前,社区卫生服务机构个人绩效考核存在的问题是目标定位模糊、指标在不同对象间区分度不高、执行不规范。针对这些问题,提出要明确绩效考核的目的,按服务内容确定绩效考核方案,加强考核监督,深入开展考核相关理论和实践研究等措施,以完善社区卫生服务机构的个人绩效考核。
At present, the community health service center has the main problems of target fuzzy; distinguish between different objects in low degree; implementation of the non-standardized. To solve these problems, we put forward to clear purpose of the performance appraisal, determine the performance evaluation scheme according to the contents of service, strengthen supervision and research related theory and practice about evaluation, and to perfect suggestion of personal performance evaluation in community health service agency.
