摘要 对比以往静态和动态经济性评估方法,针对太阳能系统初投资的特点,建立了一套新的动态经济性评估方法,考虑了市场利率变化对系统经济性的影响。以电热水器为比较对象,评价了以政府补贴、抵押贷款及个人自筹三方构成的太阳能系统投资模式,某典型阳台壁挂式太阳能热水系统的动态经济性能。结果表明,以目前的太阳能热水系统价格,政府补贴50%的初投资费用,系统的动态投资回收期为5~7年。 Compared with the static and dynamic economic assessment methods in the past,a new set of dynamic economic assessment methods,taking into impact of account changes in market interest rates on the system economy,was set up for solar energy systems with the different characteristics of initial investment.With electric water heaters for the comparison,a balcony hanging SDHW was assessed by the new methods.The results show that the system's dynamic investment recovery period is 5 to 7 years,if government subsidies 50%of the initial investment cost.
