摘要 文章以L形的江苏昆山新熙地花桥物流中心的多层办公楼为建筑节能计算的基本模型,选择与其体形系数相同的圆形体形、长方形体形、等边三角形体形作为建筑节能计算的对比模型,在建筑体形、朝向、外围护结构上对建筑能耗的影响做了对比研究。最后给出夏热冬冷地区低能耗的多层办公楼的设计建议。 This article chose the L shape multilayer office building at the Kunshan Xingxidi Huaqiao goods flow center in the Jiangsu province as the basic model and chose the circle,rectangle,equilateral triangle shape multilayer office buildings that have the same coefficient with the L shape multilayer office building as the contrast model and took the four model to do the construction energy saving calculation study in the aspect of construction shape,orientation,outer circle construction.Finally,the author brought forward the design suggestions about the lower energy consume multilayer office building in the Chinese third climate area.
