摘要
采用固相微萃取法提取丹参花的挥发性成分,用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对各组分进行分离鉴定,以保留指数比对结合谱库检索的方法准确定性;运用面积归一化法确定各组分相对含量.共鉴定出24种化合物,占挥发油总量的91.6%,单萜和倍半萜类化合物是其主要组分,其中含量较高的成分是β-石竹烯(27.21%)、β-荜澄茄油烯(19.33%)、正十一烷(14.75%)、α-蛇麻烯(5.31%)、棕榈酸甲酯(3.82%)、正十三烷(3.57%)和金合欢烯(3.57%).
The volatile components from flowers of Salvia miltiorrhiza were extracted by solid-phase microextraction and analyzed by GC-MS.The chemical composition was identified using spectral libraries searching combined with Kovats Retention Indices.The relative amount of each component was determined by peak-area normalization method.Twenty-four compounds were identified,which make up 91.6%of the total volatile components.The major constituents were monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes,such as.beta.- caryophyllene(27.21%),beta.-cubebene (19.33%),n-undecane(14.75%),.alpha.-caryophyllene(5.31%),methyl hexadecanoate (3.82%),n-tridecane(3.57%) and.alpha.-farnesene(3.57%).
