摘要
针对炼钢连铸生产工艺复杂、生产过程存在动态性难以对其生产过程进行建模的问题,采用虚拟现实技术研究计划动态调度和炼钢连铸生产流程建模。在此基础上开发了基于虚拟现实的炼钢连铸调度仿真系统,包括基于二维图形编辑的动态调度和基于Flexsim的炼钢连铸生产流程模拟。利用某钢厂的现场数据进行仿真实验。仿真结果证明所开发的炼钢连铸调度仿真系统的有效性,为深入研究适合于现场实际的炼钢连铸智能人机交互调度方法提供了可视化实验平台。
Because of the complicacy, dynamicity and randomicity of the steelmaking process, it is hard to establish the simulation model to express most characteristics of the mixed production system for mathematical method. The dynamic scheduling method and the steelmaking logistics model were studied by introducing the virtual reality (VR). The simulation system was developed, which included the dynamic scheduling based on two-dimensional graphics and the process simulation based on Flexsim software. The simulation results show the efficiency of the simulation system by practical production data. The simulation system supplies the visualization experimental platform for the study of steelmaking man-machine scheduling methods that are suitable for practice.
