摘要
针对复杂装备系统早期使用维护中由于诊断知识匮乏导致故障诊断效果不理想的问题,提出利用设计阶段知识生成诊断维护知识的理念。基于成熟的PDM等平台工具,建立面向诊断维护需求的。基于设计领域知识的诊断维护系统模型。以产品结构树为基础,探讨从设计知识中获取诊断维护知识的模型构建,以及诊断规则提取的概率粗集方法与故障诊断策略。最后,以某列车自动门系统为例,说明本文方法策略的有效性。
Taking the problem of poor failure diagnosis in the beginning stage of maintenance for complex equipment systems into account, the idea of generating diagnosis and maintenance knowledge was put forward by utilizing the knowledge in product design stage. A new diagnosis and maintenance-oriented knowledge model was established based on information of design domain and tools such as PDM etc., which contains the requirements on diagnosis and maintenance. The method of acquiring the diagnosis knowledge from designing knowledge was discussed by P-RS (probability-rough sets) theory, and the diagnostic strategy was also presented based on the structural tree of product. Finally, an analysis was demonstrated by taking the automatic door of train as an example.
