摘要
针对单一设备,重复生产多种产品,考虑生产过程为非理想状态时,对产品最佳生产周期与检测策略的问题进行了分析,设计不同于叠代法的搜寻方法。在设计过程中考虑生产成本和存货成本,同时,为减少生产过程中不合格产品的数量,设定在每个周期内,实施检测的次数,使得包含不合格品检测成本和不合格品所衍生的机会成本后,所得的平均总成本达到最小,仿真结果证明该了方法的有效性。
For a single device producing a variety of products under a non-ideal state of production process, the optimal production cycle and detection strategies were analyzed and a search method different than the iterative approach was designed. The production costs and inventory costs were considered during the design process. In order to reduce the number of defective products, the detention frequency in each cycle was prespecified so that the average total cost can be minimized after adjustments of the detection costs for defective products and the associated opportunity costs. The results of simulation prove that the method is effective.
