文章叙述了山西省八大支柱产业的重要性,制造业信息化工程给地方经济建设带来重大变化。为企业发展创造良好环境,为企业的技术创新制定有效的激励措施和政策,充分发挥政府的引导和服务作用,保证了制造业信息化工程顺利推进并取得了预期效果,实现了甩图板和甩帐表的目标。总结"十一五"科技创新经验,为制定"十二五"制造业信息化发展规划打基础。
