摘要
对于二级圆柱齿轮减速器的优化设计,传统方法是用手工迭代或计算机语言进行优化求解,其计算量大且较繁琐。若用MATLAB优化工具箱的方法,实现二级圆柱齿轮减速器的最小中心距的优化设计,从而使其结构紧凑、制造成本降低、大大简化优化过程。
For the two cylindrical gear reducer of the optimal designing,the traditional way is to use iterative manual or computer language to optimize the solution,and its large amount of calculation and relatively cumbersome.This paper achieves the minimum distance of two cylindrical gear reducer of the optimal design with MATLAB optimal toolbox of methods.making it lower manufacturing costs and compact,and greatly simplifying the process of optimization.
