摘要
研究了固相微萃取-气相色谱/二级质谱联用法测定水中2-甲基异坎醇(2-MIB)和土臭素(GSM)的方法。确定了最佳固相微萃取条件,NaCl加入量3 g,萃取温度60℃,搅拌时间30 min,搅拌速度800 r/min。在优化的仪器条件对臭味物质的测定结果显示,此方法灵敏度高,具有良好的精密度和准确度。2-MIB和GSM的相关系数均大于0.999;检出限及RSD分别为0.2 ng/L、0.4 ng/L和5.86%、6.50%;加标回收率分别为100.6%和92.3%。该方法操作简单省时,可满足水中痕量异臭物质的测定。
A method for the detection of odor compounds including 2-MIB and geosmin in water was tested with solid-phase microextraction by GC/MS/MS.The extraction was carried out in a solution of a dosage of 3 gNaCL. The temperature of extraction was 60 ℃. The optimum stirring time and rate were 30 min and 800 r/min.After the instrument conditions are optimized,The method has highiy sensitive ,better precision and accuracy.The correlative coefficients for 2-MIB and GSM were both over 0.999;detection limits and RSD respectively were 0.2 ng/L,0.4 ng/L and 5.86%,6.50%; recovery of spiked respectively were 100.6% and 92.3%.The method is easily operational and suitable for determination of trace odor compounds in water.
