摘要 高分子材料时常被用在提高农业生产力,最近亦有许多研究将其应用在喷植植生工程的土壤改良上,使土壤团粒化及进而降低土壤侵蚀,在草种未发芽时达到水土保持的功效。聚乙烯醇(PVA)是广泛使用的高分子土壤改良剂之一,本研究使用扫描式电子显微镜(SEM)、红外线光谱仪(FT-IR)来分析土壤中PVA薄膜的受热降解的变化,研究结果显示PVA受热会产生降解,未来可视环境的差异选用不同的植生草种。 Polymers have been used as soil conditioners to enhance the productivity of agriculture for a long time.They were also used in water and soil conservation engineering for protection against erosion of soil recently.Polymer soil conditioners can stabilize the aggregates of soils,increase the infiltration and reduce the runoff and erosion of soil.Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) is one of the most important polymers that have been used for preventing from erosion of soil in the hillside.With its biodegradable property,PVA was widely accepted as a polymer soil conditioner.In this work thermal degradation of PVA in soil was studied.Pure PVA film,PVA with silica and PVA with soils were heated.Scanning electron microscope(SEM) was used to observe the morphology change of PVA films.FTIR spectrum was used to observe the chemical change of PVA.The experimental results showed that PVA could make small soil particles coagulated and formed large particles with pores size in the range of 10^(-5)~10^(-6)m.These pores could enhance infiltration of water and could reduce runoff of soils.FTIR spectrum gave the evidence that high temperature induced thermal degradation pf PVA.With the degradation of PVA,the large soil particles collapsed.It is therefore suggested grass seeds with quick germination will be a suitable formula for water and soil conservation engineering for hillside.
