摘要 以经预处理的废石英和木炭为原料,在高温下通过碳热还原反应生成高纯SiO气体,SiO发生歧化反应生成高纯的硅和高纯SiO_2,将SiO_2用HF酸分离出去,经ICP检测获得的硅为太阳能级硅。该新工艺具有低能耗、环保和工艺流程简单等优点。 Using silica wastes and charcoal wastes which have been pretreated as raw material,high purity SiO gas can be formed by carbothermic reduction at high temperature,and SiO gas will be disproported into high purity silicon and silicon dioxide,then solar grade silicon can be prepared by separating silicon dioxide in HF acid via ICP method measurement.The new technique has some advantages such as low energy consumption,environmental protection,simple production flow.
