染料敏化太阳电池的光生电流对短路电流的影响(英文)

摘要 等效电路分析和实验结果证实,染料敏化太阳电池的光生电流显著地影响着电池电压-电流曲线中的短路电流。首先根据等效电路分析,得出了染料敏化太阳电池的光生电池值,以及理论上光生电流对短路电流的影响。进一步的电池制备和效率测试,证明了上述的理论计算论断。最后,根据光生电流与短路电流的关系,本文提出了通过提高光生电流来提高短路电流,最终提高染料敏化太阳电池效率的思路,并按照上述思路得到了电池效率提升20%的试验结果。 It is found from the equivalent circuit analysis and the experiment results that,the change of photo current(I_(ph)) significantly influences the short-circuit current(I_(sc)) of the I-V curve.Firstly,the I_(ph) value of the dye sensitized solar cells(DSSCs ) is derived, and the influence to I_(sc) is analyzed theoretically by the equivalent circuit mode.Further experiment on the laboratory-made dye sensitized solar cell confirms well with the theoretical results.In the end,the possible way to improve the efficiency of the DSSCs based on the relation of I_(ph) with I_(sc) is suggested.The measured I-V curves of cells,which have the enhanced I_(ph),showed significantly increased values of I_(sc),while no obvious change was observed in FF,V_(oc) and the shape of I-V curve.From the measured I-V curves of cells,the analysis about I_(ph) to the I-V curve was confirmed.The detail values of I_(ph),I_(sc) andηshowed the efficiencies of cells were enhanced 20% by the increment of I_(ph).
