锂离子电池正极材料LiMn_(2-x)Cr_xO_(4-3x)F_(3x)的合成与性能研究(英文)

Synthesis and Performance of Spinel LiMn_(2-x)Cr_xO_(4-3x)F_(3x)Cathode Materials for Lithium-ion Batteries

摘要 以CrF_3为掺杂原料,采用高温固相制备了锂离子电池正极材料尖晶石LiMn_(2-x)Cr_xO_(4-3x)F_3x。采用XRD、SEM和充放电能实验对其结构和性能进行了表征。实验结果表明,阴阳离子共掺杂对尖晶石LiMn_2O_4的循环性能有一定的改善。其中LiMn_(2-x)Cr_xO_(4-3x)F_(3x)(x=0.10)室温下循环20次后放电比容量衰减率为首次容量(120.58mAh/g)的4.73%。 Spinel LiMn_2O_4 cathode materials were modified by doping multiple components with CrF_3.The powder was characterized by XRD and SEM.The electrochemical properties test results indicated that cation and anion co-doping would improve the cycling performance. The capacity of LiMn_(2-x)Cr_xO_(4-3x)F_(3x)(x =0.10) only loses about 4.73%of its initial discharge capacity(120.58 mAh/g) in 20 cycles.
