区域交通仿真与实时动态交通信息发布技术研究

摘要 随着广东省经济和现代化交通工具的迅猛发展,交通需求剧增,为了改善交通拥挤现状,需要大力投入高速公路网硬件设施与软件环境建设。高速公路追求的目标是"安全、快速、高效、舒适、方便",而高速公路系统的运行状态与其目标相距甚远,这就需要有效的管控措施来解决高速公路系统中存在的问题,不仅需要宏观上对高速公路网进行流量预测与分配、通过收费措施进行流量调解,更需要中/微观上包括从高速公路网中流量的均匀分布与达到系统运行效益最优,到高速公路的出入/口控制、收费设施建设等关键技术入手。解决这些问题的前提是对高速公路系统运行状况的全面、准确的了解,区域交通仿真与实时动态交通信息发布是最有效的工具之一。 Guangdong province is one of the rapid economic development regions in China.This leads to dramatically rising demand to the transport infrastructures and corresponding services.More than two thousand kilometers high way was built in Guangdong in past two decades to respond the demand.The high way system targets on providing safe,efficient,comfortable and high - speed regional linkage among regional cities.However,the realistic performance of the regional high way system does not fit the original purpose very well.ITS is one of the options to improve the overall performance of the high way system. Macro-level measures include traffic volume forecast and distribution,road pricing policy,etc.Meso - and micro-level measures include flatten distribution of the traffic volume,entrance/exit control and electronic toll collection.Regional transport simulation and realtime traffic information service is an efficient and fundamental tool to provide comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the high way system performance,which is a preceding requirement of the three-level measures.
