摘要
针对冷轧机油雾分离器排液系统存在定期手动排液带来的系列问题,利用"负压差大于零"的原理,对排液系统进行了改进,使手动排液变为自动排液。同时对分离器外部的集油坑进行改造,使集油坑也实现了自动排液。系统改进后不仅提高了生产效率和风机设备使用寿命,而且还有益于现场作业环境的改善。
In view of the serial problems of periodical manual drainage of oil-mist separator for cold rolling mill,using the principle of negative pressure gradient is positive,drainage system was improved,manual drainage is becoming automatic operating,and oil collector also becomes automatic drainage operating.After improvement,production efficiency and fan′s service life are improved,but also working environment is beneficial.
