摘要
结合多年来设计线、棒材厂粗中轧机联合减速机的实际情况,阐明了联合减速机设计过程的基本特点,得出了如何选择齿面硬度、齿轮材料及热处理方式,如何确定输出扭矩,如何选择齿轮副的精度、寿命、安全系数,如何进行通用化设计,如何选择箱体结构和轴系结构,如何确定轮齿旋向和齿轮旋转方向,以及如何进行润滑配管设计等主要结论。提出了联合减速机今后的发展方向。对线、棒材厂粗中轧机联合减速机的设计具有实用价值,对其他减速机的设计也有一定的参考价值。
This paper is mainly about the design specialties of combined gear reducer in wire and bar rough/middle rolling mills.For example: how to choose the stiffness of tooth;how to determine the material and heat treatment method of gears;how to calculate the output moment;how to choose the precision,life and safety factor of gears;how to design universally;how to determine the structure of gear box and shafting;how to choose the direction of tooth and the rotation direction of gears;how to design the lubricating tubing.It also present the trend of combined gear reducer,and has a practical value of the design of combined gear reducer in wire and bar rough/ middle rolling mills.
