液压伺服阀是冶金设备液压系统上经常使用的一种高精度控制元件,此文分析了引起伺服阀故障的主要原因,提出了如何降低伺服阀故障的一些措施。
Servo valve is a highly precise controlling element frequently used in metallurgy equipments.The paper analyzes the main courses for trouble of servo valves and puts forward some methods to reduce the trouble of servo valves.
