摘要 转炉大修是一项非常复杂和重要的工程,该项目含任务多、工序多、工序之间的配合和衔接关系复杂。整个大修项目涉及到企业内部多个部门和企业外部的多个单位,组织协调难度非常大,建立高效的大修项目管理组织,并对项目进度进行科学的计划,无论是在经济上还是技术上,都具有极为重要的意义。运用工期优化、时间和资源优化、时间和费用优化的网络优化技术,经过反复的优化处理,建立了韶钢转炉大修的网络进度计划,比预期的计划提前5天完工,为企业创造了良好的经济效益。 The overhaul of converter is a very complicated and important engineering project.This project includes lots of tasks,working procedures,and intricate relations between the fitting and linking up.The organization and harmonization are very difficult because the whole project relates to a lot of branches and units not only inside enterprise but also external of enterprise.Therefore building high-effect administration organization for the overhaul and carrying out the scientific plan on the project have very important significance not only on the economy but also on the technology.Applying of the technology of network optimization of time limit for a project,optimization of time-resource,and optimization of time-cost,after optimized repeatedly,the plan of network rate of progress for the converter′s overhaul has been founded.It is 5 days advanced than the expected network plan,so finally a good economic efficiency is achieved for the enterprise.
