摘要
对攀钢涂层试验线开卷机主轴进行的结构设计与计算,通过对胀缩缸推力的计算和主轴受力情况的分析,求出支反力并画出弯矩图。最后根据主轴承受的弯矩和扭矩对主轴进行了强度校核,证明所设计的主轴是安全可靠的。
The paper mainly includes the design and the calculation of uncoiler main shaft.Firstly,it calculated the pushing force of the expansion cylinder,and then gained the support-reaction and the bending moment diagram according to the main shaft stress analysis.At last,it checked the main shaft strength based the bending moment and the torsion moment which the main shaft supported.All of above proved that the design about the main shaft is safe and reliable.
