摘要
针对棒材生产线多套冷床设计和改造,对中外各类冷床设备结构、特点等进行了深入地探索和研究,并从设备的优化设计出发,对于不同生产规模的各类生产线配置,采用不同方式冷床的输入、步进系统传动及输出组合,达到最佳的性能配备,优化设备重量指标达0.318t/m2。已在国内多条生产线上得到成功应用,取得较好的经济效益。对今后的同类设备设计和再改进具有一定的指导意义。
In this paper,it firstly deeply explored and researched native and foreign various types of cooling-bed structures and characteristics basing on the writer many years experiences of engaging in the design and transformation for the cooling-bed of bar production line.And from the point of view to optimize the design of the equipment and to configure various types of production line,it tries to achieve the best performance collocation for the input system and step-by-step system and output system of the cooling-bed,which equipment weight has been optimized up to 0.318t/m2.In the end,it has been successfully applied in many production lines in our country and has achieved better economic benefits.It also has some guidance to design or improve the same kind of equipment in future.
