板带冷轧机支撑辊轴承应用分析

Analysis on Application of Back-up Roll Bearing in Cold Strip Mills

冷轧板带品种和精度要求的不同,使得国内冷轧机装备水平在不断提高的基础上呈现多样化。对于主要承载单元—支撑辊轴承的选择应用,也由于轧机机型、结构的不同而不同。就应用于冷轧机支撑辊上油膜轴承和四列圆柱滚子轴承的特点进行系统分析,以利于板带冷轧机支承辊轴承得到很好应用。

Different requirement in variety and finish of cold strip sheets leads,on the basis of continual improvement,to presentation of different levels in domestic cold rolling technology and equipment.As well,selection of the main load-taking unit,back-up roll bearing,differs in accordance with different mill type and design.This article gives a systematical analysis on features of oil film bearing and four-row cylindrical roller bearing used in back-up roll of cold mills in order to have a better application.
