摘要
针对通钢连轧生产线导卫装置存在的问题展开分析,导卫装置采用高合金成分容易碎裂、而采用普碳钢又存在寿命低的问题。经过现场实践采用铬镍钼合金制造的导卫装置缺陷明显减少,并且合金具有良好的韧性和耐磨性。叙述了铬镍钼合金的组织特性及合金成分。使用铬镍钼合金提高了导卫件的使用寿命,从而提高了导卫产品质量。
For the steel mill line defended the problems existing in guidance the device is analysised.Guiding device adopt high point alloy is easily breaked,and using of carbon-steel has low life.After the practice using CrNiMo alloy manufacture guidance the device defects were obviously reduced,and alloy with good toughness and wear resistance.Describes the CrNiMo alloy organization characteristics and alloy component.The life is increased while using this alloy guidance device.The products quality is improved.
