摘要
介绍了导向支撑辊在承德建龙炼钢厂方坯连铸机中的作用,并详细分析了出现的故障原因,针对导向支撑辊出现的故障提出了有效的改造措施;经过技术改造,生产中导向支撑辊出现的故障次数减少,提高了设备作业率及生产效率,保证了铸坯质量。
The effect of pilot back up roll in square billet caster of steelmaking plant in chengde jianlong is introduced,and malfunction analysis of it in detail and effective reforming measures was put forward.After technical transformation,reducing frequency of malfunction,improving operating rate of equipment and production rate,guaranteeing quality of billet.
