摘要
总结了现有网络控制系统(NCS)出现的问题和可行的解决方案.针对基于以太网传输的现场总线控制系统具有网络诱导时延,缺乏确定性和实时性的问题,提出了一种适用于EPA工业现场网络的精确实时调度设计方案.该方案通过时钟同步、时分多址调度增强系统通信的确定性,以并行处理报文信息的形式最大限度利用系统资源,达到更高的调度精度,并可以同时处理周期性出现和带有优先级的非周期出现的数据报文.基于FPGA的实验平台测试证明了此方案的有效性.
The existing problems and possible solutions of the networked control system(NCS) are summarized.Aiming at the problems of the induced delay and lack of the certainty and real-time control of fieldbus control systems based on Ethernet transmission,this paper proposes a real-time scheduling scheme for EPA(Ethernet for plant automation) industrial fieldbuses.This scheme provides a scheduling algorithm with time division multiple access and clock synchronization that improve the determinism of systems.Parallel processing takes advantage of system resources and produces a more accurate scheduling.The scheme can also process periodic and non-periodic data packets at the same time.Experimental results on an FPGA test platform show the effectiveness of the design.
