应用停留时间分布评价絮凝池整体运行状况的探讨

The discussion on the application of residence time distribution to evaluate the overall operation about the flocculation reactor

分别对栅条絮凝池和折板絮凝池进行示踪试验,从反应器角度出发,借助轴向扩散模型,利用反应器工作原理中的停留时间分布,诊断出两者流动状况的差异。从而论证了应用停留时间分布评价絮凝池运行状况的方法是可行的,也为今后水处理絮凝池运行管理提供了新的思路。

The different current position between the grid and baffle flocculation reactor, which was obtained respectively by tracer tests,was analyzed by residence time distribution from the perspective of reactor, associating with axial dispersion model. The results show that it is feasible to evaluate the operational status of flocculation reactor by residence time distribution and it also provides us a new way for the operation and management of flocculation reactors.
