In this paper,the Web Standards and components were analyzed,and the design and implementation of High University Web Site Based on Web Standards were discussed in PKU.Structure,presentation and behavior can be separated by using Web Standards,and the problems in using traditional methods for website design can be solved well.Therefore,it is the trend in designing web site based on web standards.
