氧化锌水基陶瓷浆料流变特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用市售化学试剂Orotan 681和Dispex A40作氧化锌陶瓷粉体的分散剂分别制备得到了多种水基陶瓷浆料,并对它们的流变特性进行了研究。结果表明:Orotan681作分散剂的最少剂量应占固体氧化锌粉质量的0.5 wt%,浆料pH值为9~11;Dispex A40的最少剂量为0.07 wt%,浆料pH值为9~11.5。对两种分散剂来说,所得浆料都比较稳定,24 h内浆料ζ电位无显著变化;其pH值随着存放时间延长,略有减小,但10 h后趋于恒定。从流变特性的角度来看,在相同条件下,Dispex A40作为氧化锌陶瓷粉体的分散剂比Orotan 681更好。 In this paper,two commercial chemicals,Orotan 681 and Dispex A40,were used as dispersants for ZnO ceramic slurries in water,and their rheological behaviors were studied.In order to make a slurry which has a good fluidity,at least 0.5 wt% Orotan 681 to dry ZnO powder,or 0.07wt% Dispex A40 to dry ZnO powder should be used,and the PH values of their slurries should be fallen into 9-11 and 9-11.5,respectively.The slurries from both dispersants are very stable for storing.The ζ potentials only had a small change in a very much narrow range when they were stored for more than 24 h.Their pH values dropped a little bit down with time,but after they were stored for more than 10 hours,almost no apparent changes were observed in their pH values.From the point of the rheological behaviors of slurries,Dispex A40 is a better dispersant for ZnO powder in water than Orotan 681.
