摘要
本文采用熔盐法制备了一系列的复合碱土金属铌酸盐样品,并通过SEM和XRD研究了原料Sr/Ba对所得产物的形貌和相组成的影响。结果表明:采用不同的Sr、Ba源,所得产物的形貌不一样,采用SrCl2和Ba(NO3)2时,在1200℃下煅烧4 h可以得到直径和长径比均一的产物。所得产物的尺寸随着Sr/Ba比增加而减小。采用SrCl2和Ba(NO3)2时,所得产物主要为Ba0.27Sr0.75Nb2O5.78和KBaSrNb5O15,采用其它原料时,除含有Ba0.27Sr0.75Nb2O5.78和KBaSrNb5O15主相外,还含有其它杂相。
A series of complex metal oxides Niobate were successfully prepared by molten salts method.The effects of Sr2+ and Ba2+ sources,the Sr2+/Ba2+ ratio on the morphology and phase composition of production were investigated by XRD and SEM.The results indicated that uniform rod-like particles could be achieved at 1200 ℃ for 4 h with SrCl2·6H2O,Ba(NO3)2,KCl and Nb2O5.The grain size of the production decreased as the Sr/Br value increasing.XRD analysis shows that the peaks of Ba0.27Sr0.75Nb2O5.78 and KBaSrNb5O15 are obtained in the resulting products prepared with SrCl2·6H2O,Ba(NO3)2,KCl and Nb2O5.A little unknown phase is observed in the resulting products prepared with other raw materials.
