摘要
以三维碳纤维编织物和硅树脂(SR249)为原料,采用先驱体转化法(PIP)制备了3D-Cf/Si-O-C复合材料,考察了先驱体溶液浸渍方式对其力学性能和微观结构的影响。结果表明:先驱体溶液的浸渍方式不同会影响致密化过程中先驱体溶液填充孔隙的行为从而对复合材料的致密化过程、力学性能和结构产生较大影响。
Three dimensional carbon fiber reinforced silicon oxycarbide composites(3D-Cf/Si-O-C) were fabricated via precursor infiltration pyrolysis using polysiloxane(SR249) as precursor and three dimensional carbon fiber as reinforcements.The effect of infiltration procedure on the mechanical property and microstructure of 3D-Cf/Si-O-C was investigated.The results showed significant effect on the precursor solution infiltration behavior that led to different mechanical porosity,densification and structure of 3D-Cf/Si-O-C.
