摘要 分别制造了陶瓷和合金钢的两种圆柱形构件,并将此两种构件以相同的速度撞击陶瓷/复合材料靶板。结果表明:钢构件在打穿靶板的中间层后,嵌入高强度纤维层,在陶瓷板上留下一个直径与构件相同的孔洞;而陶瓷构件在与中间层撞击后完全碎裂,没有形状完整的构件残留,同时在陶瓷板上留有一个直径远大于构件直径的孔洞。由于陶瓷件在撞击过程中释放了更多的能量,其对陶瓷插板的破坏程度远大于钢件。 Two columniform component of ceramic and alloy steel prepared respectively were shot with the same speed to penetrate the ceramic/composite materials armor.The results showed that alloy steel part was embedded into the high strength fiberboard after penetrating the middle layer of armor,and leaves a hole in ceramic inserting plate with the same diameter as alloy steel part.Ceramic part falls into pieces completely after penetrating,while the hole in ceramic plate measures larger than ceramic parts in diameter.For the cause of releasing more energy,the degree of damage by ceramic part is more than alloy steel.
