摘要 为了深入了解自行组装模式下地震模拟振动台的性能,基于地震模拟振动台的组成及工作原理,提出了振动方向、驱动方式、台面尺寸及控制模式等方面振动台参数的设计与分析方法,阐述了系统的动态性能分析以及组成部件参数的优化过程.东南大学自行组装的振动台系统参数设定为单水平向,电液伺服驱动,钢焊结构台面,台面尺寸6m×4m,最大承载模型重30t,最大加速度1.5g,最大速度600cm/s,最大行程±250mm,最大激振力±1 000kN,频率范围0.1~50Hz。在空荷载和钢架模型荷载情况下,利用EL-Centro地震波、Taft地震和Kobe地震波在压缩比为1∶1,1∶2,1∶3,1∶4的情况下进行地震模拟试验,波形相干系数均大于0.75.试验结果表明,这种组装振动台的波形失真小,动态性能稳定,可以满足大部分抗震试验的需要. To deeply understand the performance of the self-assembled shaking table for earthquake simulation,the model parameter design and analysis method including vibration direction,driving means,table size and control mode are put forward based on the analysis of system composition and working principle.The dynamic performance of this system and the optimization of system components are described.The self-assembled shaking table in Southeast University is set to be one horizontal direction,electro-hydraulic servo control,steel welded structure,table size of 6m × 4m,maximum model load of 30 t,maximum acceleration of 1.5g,maximum velocity of 600 cm/s,maximum stroke ±250mm,maximum exciting force ±1000kN,frequency range 0.1 to 50Hz.The seismic table tests of El-Centro wave,Taft wave and Kobe wave with different compression ratios of 1∶1,1∶2,1∶3,1∶4 with an empty load and the load of a steel frame model are conducted,and the waveform coefficient is greater than 0.75.The experimental results show that the system has little waveform distortion and good dynamic performance.It can meet most of the seismic testing needs.
