摘要
为了对舰用橡胶隔振器结构进行抗爆能力评估,使用软件LS-DYNA对两种橡胶隔振器进行了空中爆炸冲击环境下的响应进行了数值模拟计算。通过分析其动态响应找出了隔振器在三维冲击环境下的薄弱部位并分析了橡胶件的不同安装方式对于抗冲击能力的影响。在总结精确有限元模型计算结果的基础上提出了橡胶隔振器的简化有限元模型建立方法。最后提出了相关结论及提高抗冲击能力的改进措施。分析结果表明:有限元数值仿真能够较为真实地分析橡胶隔振器的抗冲击能力。研究对于舰用橡胶隔振器的抗冲击设计以及大型设备的系统级冲击模型建立有一定的参考价值。
LS-DYNA was used to numerically simulate the impact response of two kinds of rubber isolators in air explosion environment in order to evaluate their impact resistance capability.The weak positions of isolator were found by analyzing dynamic response,and the effect of different rubber assembly methods on impact resistance capability was analyzed.The simplifying method of FE model was found based on the calculating results of precise rubber isolator FE model.At last,the correlative conclusions and methods of improved impact resistance capability were put forward.The analyzed results show that the impact resistance capability of rubber isolator can be analyzed truly by numerical simulation.The research conclusions have some reference values for the impact resistance design of rubber isolator and the establishment of system-level impact calculating model of large equipment.
