摘要
利用Hopkinson压杆、拉杆实验装置和万能材料实验机,对LC9铝合金材料在应变率从0.001 s-1至13 000 s-1,温度从77 K至573 K条件下的静动态压缩和拉伸力学性能进行了测试,得到了应力应变关系。结果表明,LC9铝合金应变率不敏感,但具有较强的温度敏感性。对塑性流动行为进行了分析,并修正了Johnson-Cook模型,得出了相应的塑性流动模型参数,拟合结果与试验结果吻合较好,能够描述并预测LC9铝合金材料在不同温度不同应变率耦合作用下的力学行为。
The compression and tension tests of LC9 aluminum alloy were carried out at the temperature from 77 K to 573 K using SHPB,SHTB and CCSS88010 universal testing machine with the strain rate from 0.001 1 s-1 to 13 000 s-1.The stress-strain relationship was obtained.The research on its mechanical properties shows that the flow stress is not sensitive to the strain rate at room temperature;but sensitive to temperature.Finally,all the parameters of the model based on Johnson-Cook model were determined by curve-fitting.The prediction results based on the corresponding model agree fairly with the experimental data.
