摘要
对金属粉末电爆炸过程及特性进行实验研究。测试了铜粉在不同初始条件下电爆炸过程的电压、电流等瞬态电学参量变化和爆炸产物冲击波压力特性,对粉末电爆炸的发生条件及爆炸过程进行了分析。结果表明:粉末电爆炸过程电阻非线性特性揭示了粉末电爆炸过程的不同物理阶段;通过放电初始电压、粉末几何参数调节可提高爆炸产物冲击波压力。研究结果可以为粉末电爆炸技术的工程应用提供参考。
Process and characteristic of the electrical explosion of Cu powder heated by intense impulsive current were studied and analyzed.The experiments with the different initial parameters were carried out,and the character of instantaneous current,voltage,resistance and shock wave were measured.Based on the analysis of the experimental results,the mechanism of powder electrical exploding and its occurrence conditions were discussed.The results show that nonlinear characteristic of resistance distinguishes different physical stages of the process of metallic powder electrical explosion;adjusting the initial discharge voltage and power geometric parameters can improve shock wave pressure of the explosive products.The investigated results can provide reference for the application of metallic powder electrical explosion technology.
