摘要
应用分离式霍普金压杆(SHPB)技术,对闭孔泡沫铝、单面粘贴钢板的泡沫铝和泡沫铝芯体的钢夹芯板动态性能进行了研究,并对不同应变率下泡沫铝芯体的钢夹芯板动态力学性能进行了测试分析。在实验中,分别采用入射波形整形技术和半导体应变片测试技术,得到了较好的入射波和透射波,并给出了泡沫铝夹芯板的动态应力应变曲线。从测试结果中可以看出泡沫铝夹芯板性能优越,具有"三阶段"特征和应变率效应。
The dynamic properties of closed-cell aluminum foams,closed-cell aluminum foams with single-sided steel plate and sandwich steel panel with foam aluminum were investigated by a split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB),and the dynamic performances of the sandwich steel panel under the different strain rates were tested and analyzed.In the experiment,the better incident and transmitted waveforms were obtained by using incident wave shaper and semiconductor strain gauge,and the dynamic stress-strain curves of sandwich steel panel with foam aluminum were given.The tested results show that the sandwich steel panel with foam aluminum has good properties.
